Steve was absolutely instrumental in both selling our home and finding us a new home. We met Steve at an open house, 4 years ago. Peter and I knew instantly that Steve had the style and personality that would be a perfect fit for us. He really listened to what we were both looking for (not just Peter, like some others).

“Finding the right real estate agent is quite a challenge! Especially when the house being sold is a family home of 65 years and the childhood home of the individual tasked with selling it! 

Steve Essam was recommended by several friends and neighbours, and after interviewing a number of real estate agents, my husband and I knew that Steve was the best choice for us. In addition to his real estate experience, he also has a background as a designer, contractor and decorator, all of which came into play during the process of preparing the house for sale. 

 During our interview Steve listened to our questions and concerns and answered them clearly. He also pointed out other issues of which we should be aware.  What made the process of selling the house especially challenging was the volume of possessions my mother had accumulated, many of which were stored in a large basement, in suitcases and boxes in closets.
