Hi, I’m Steve Essam, a full-service Sales Representative and Real Estate Expert, and father of 3 awesome kids. Before earning my real estate license, I worked as a set decorator in the film industry for 20 years, where I honed my skills in transforming the everyday into the extraordinary. I also have extensive experience as a contractor and interior designer. Along the way, I’ve learned that the pivotal moments and decisions in life are best handled with a cool and purposeful approach. This is the approach I bring to real estate, as well as a good eye, a keen business sense, and strong work ethic.
A quality lifestyle is important to me: I run daily, am involved with my son’s hockey team, I support worthy causes, and I am continuously learning new things. I know that my clients also have unique lifestyle needs, and I help them identify those when shopping for a new home.
